Chak De India overtaking DDLJ!

Chak De India completes 50 days at the box office today.

What's interesting though are the film's collections in Mumbai city (excluding Thane). So far, in just 6 weeks, the film has netted 11.31 crores. The fun part comes form the fact that DDLJ, after 622 weeks in the running, has its total reading 11.72 crores from Mumbai (excluding Thane).

In maximum fortnight's time, CDI collections are bound to overtake what DDLJ has earned in over 10 years.

With rock steady collections since its release, the film is now confirmed blockbusters at the box office with collections promising to touch 60 crores mark in a week's time.
