Prerna Virender upbeat about Dhol

It has been one long wait for Prerna Virender after she debuted in Bhagam Bhag, alongside Govinda and Akshay Kumar, in December last year. Now, her forthcoming film Dhol is ready for release. The promos featuring her are on air and have got strong reviews. "My song is already playing and I am very happy about the film getting released soon," the actress said.

This girl certainly seems to be Priyadarshan's favourite. Before Dhol, she has already worked with him in two other films. "I think Priyan sir is one of the finest directors and I have been lucky to work with him so early in my career," Prerna said gratefully.

"Dhol" is being marketed as a complete comedy package, with Prerna's song "Haadsa" serving as a breather. Starring Payal Rohatgi, Tusshar Kapoor and Kunal Khemu, the movie is based on real life comic situations.

The release of Dhol will be followed by Nanhe Jaisalmer, in which the actress will be seen in the song "Ulfat", composed by Himesh Reshammia. Looks like the year-long gap is reaping rich dividends for Prerna.
