Bollywood
stars
might
have
snubbed
actress
Shilpa
Shetty's
recent
birthday
party
in
the
UK
on
June
8th
and
Bipasha
Basu
might
feel
that
she
would
rather
win
international
accolades
for
her
films
than
for
reality
shows,
but
dusky
beauty
Shilpa
Shetty
is
unfazed
by
such
things.
After
all,
from
a
sagging
career
in
Bollywood,
the
Southern
belle
is
now
geared
up
to
set
the
western
world
ablaze,
with
the
launch
of
a
new
perfume,
a
brand
new
musical
and
even
a
new
restaurant
in
London
in
the
process
giving
her
very
little
scope
to
do
any
more
Bollywood
movies.
"I
am
so
pressed
for
time
right
now,
that
I
just
cannot
do
any
Hindi
films.
I
have
got
a
couple
of
offers,
but
once
I
do
a
film,
I'll
put
in
my
hundred
percent
in
it.
However
I
am
so
busy
with
the
launch
of
my
new
perfume
in
the
UK
and
other
things,
that
it
will
not
be
possible
for
me
to
devote
any
time
to
Bollywood
as
of
now," Shilpa
was
recently
quoted
as
saying.
But
that
didn't
deter
Shilpa
who
features
regularly
in
front
pages
of
UK
tabloids,
from
performing
at
the
iifa
awards
awards
in
Yorkshire
and
promoting
her
new
film
Apne
which
stars
Sunny
and
Bobby
Deol
with
their
father
Dharmendra.
"Besides
my
perfume
launch,
I
am
here
to
finalise
the
details
for
my
musical,
which
is
called
Bollywood
to
Broadway,
and
which
will
go
on
the
road
in
November.
I
am
also
starting
my
own
restaurant
here
in
the
UK
in
Central
London,
which
will
serve
authentic
Indian
food.
So
I
guess
I
have
got
a
great
deal
on
my
plate
as
of
now," she
said.
With
her
plate
so
full
and
the
sky
being
the
limit,
Bollywood
jealousy
competition
and
glamour
are
trivial
issues
for
her
now.
Now
that's
behaving
like
a
true
blue
international
celeb!!
So
we
soon
expect
to
shift
residence
to
London,
id
these
are
signs
to
go
by.
