Five actors reject and Salman accepts

Salman Khan may be one of the top star in Bollywood but he will soon be seen in a role which has been rejected by five stars before him. Director Prem Soni had offered the role for his movie Main Aur Mrs. Khanna to stars like Sanjay Dutt, Shahid Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, Vivek Oberoi, and Akshaye Khanna. All of them turned down role before Sallu accepted it.

It will be a home production for Salman as it will be produced by his brother Sohail Khan. The movie also has its share of problems with the female lead. The role was offered to Lara Dutta, Priyanka Chopra, Preity Zinta, Ayesha Takia, and Deepika Padukone but all of them rejected it. Finally the role went to the numero uno actress of Bollywood Kareena Kapoor.

The movie revolves around theme theme of extra marital affair. Kareena and Salman face a marital discord and Kareena gets involved in a extra marital affair with Sohail Khan. The movie will also star Salman's new found partner Govinda. It has changed its title from Mr and Mrs Khanna to Main Aur Mrs Khanna. The movie is expected to hit the theaters by the end of this year.
