Govinda
Govinda is taking his eccentric behaviour to new levels. He recently insisted on editing a film he stars in, Money Hai To Honey Hai, which is complete and is into post- production. One would've expected the actor to be more professional in his second phase in the industry but the actor has taken a turn for the worse. Earlier it was his punctuality that was a problem. From fear of the underworld to silly superstitions, there are just too many to add to the list.

During the shooting of Money Hai To Honey Hai he would often change the script, refuse to use words like 'Devi' and 'Bala' and drove the cast and crew of the film insane with his attitude. But things went out of hand when the actor decided to edit the film himself because he was worried that co-stars Upen Patel and Manoj Bajpai would have more footage. Director Ganesh Acharya, who is Chi Chi's friend didn't inform producers Eros but allowed the actor to sit at the editing table. Only co-producer Kumar Mangat was taken into confidence so when Eros decided to release the first promo of MHTHH with Sarkar Raj they didn't inform either Ganesh or Govinda.

It is believed that the second half of the film is looking very bad thanks to Govinda's haphazard editing. Also Upen, Aftab and Manoj's scenes have been cut to accommodate Govinda's."

Govinda who is currently shooting in London for Jagmohan Mundhra's next film, says, "Yes. I have edited the film. Ganesh called me because the film was too long. He wanted to cut it short from 2 hours 50 minutes to something shorter. I sat with him and we edited the length to 2 hour 7 minutes. Kumar Mangat also requested me as both felt that the film was looking too arty. But the songs were very commercial. They know that I am very experienced at commercial films so they said I must do something to help the film, so I helped them. I only made suggestions and didn't dominate."

But he denies cutting his co-stars' scenes, "I am not as big as Akshay Kumar yet. I have to come to his position and give five more hits to do that." Govinda adds that tales about his erratic behavior like changing the script etc is exaggerated. He says, "These are tales spread by my jealous rivals but I am not bothered. I am the only hero who doesn't have a production house and I am going through a low phase, so people are hitting me below the belt. But I am just ignoring all this and walking ahead. I won't be distracted. "
