The grapevine is abuzz with the speculation that Saif Ali Khan and Ranbir Kapoor will enact stellar roles in Sajid Nadiadwala's next film, to be directed by Siddharth Raj Anand [Salaam | Namaste, Ta Ra Rum Pum, currently directing Yash Raj's Ranbir Kapoor starrer]. True?
"The casting will follow once I am through with the script. I haven't completed writing yet. Even actors don't sign projects till they have a bound script on hand," Siddharth tells me. Is it a two-hero film? "Yes, it is and we plan to start in October/November this year," he states, adding in the same breath, "Earlier, there were rumors that Salman and Saif were roped for the project, now it's Saif and Ranbir… the speculation continues. We're still finalizing."
Meanwhile, Siddharth has deleted the Katrina track from the Yash Raj project that he's making currently. "The film was getting very lengthy, so we decided to do away with the track. Hence, Katrina's not a part of the film any longer," he states. The as yet untitled film ["we haven't found a suitable title yet"] now stars Ranbir, Bipasha, Deepika and Minisha.
