Shahrukh sends chills down Karan's spine

The kind of backlash that Shahrukh Khan received for his recent comments on Prophet Mohammed, that too from his own community, seems to have sent chills down Karan Johar's spine. The incident has forced the terrified filmmaker to pick up his research book to make sure that his much-talked-about film My Name Is Khan doesn't fall into dirty waters.

It is said that Karan is treading cautiously, as his film My Name Is Khan, starring Shahrukh Khan and Kajol, is based on terrorism unlike his earlier films. The film is about Islamic isolation and focuses on how a Muslim individual fights for his identity in this ruthless world.

Rumours has it that protest against the film has already started and that the unit of the film was denied shooting in the Mosque in US. But Karan Johar is unperturbed by all the rumours. He is not giving way to the protesters.

It may be recalled that the police had filed a FIR against Shahrukh following complain from Mumbai Aman Committee, a religious organisation, alleging that his recent comment on Prophet Mohammed has hurt the sentiments of the Muslim community.
