KKR looses; SRK shys away from media

Shahrukh Khan is one of the most media friendly celebrities in the tinsel town and its is not very often that King Khan stays silent. But since his return from South Africa the superstar has become media shy. The obvious reason is the disappointing performance by his team Kolkata Knight Riders at the IPL. The team seems to be completely out of tune and has become the favourite opposition for all the other teams in the tournament.

Sources close to Shahrukh say that he is heartbroken with the team's performance. This is hurting Shahrukh more because he is used to being at the top and not at the bottom of the table. These days he is not attending social gatherings and there has hardly been any news of him after he hosted Gerald Butler on May 3. There were also reports that Shahrukh was planning to sell off the team but the superstar later dismissed any such move.
