been
training
with
yoga
instructor
Payal
Tiwari
for
the
last
one
month.
But
unlike
Kareena
Kapoor
and
Rani
Mukherjee,
she's
not
practising
yoga
to
lose
weight,
but
to
gain
some!
Payal
confirms,
"Susanne
has
been
doing
yoga
to
put
on
weight.
She's
says
that
ever
since
she
can
already
feel
the
difference
and
has
started
feeling
very
relaxed
and
good
about
herself
in
just
a
short
time.
The
weight
she
gains
will
be
healthy,
firm
muscle
tissue
and
not
fat.
My
assistant
and
I
go
over
six
days
a
week
and
teach
her
yoga
for
an
hour.
During
Diwali,
she
was
very
busy
and
wasn't
that
regular
but
now
she
is."
She
doesn't
find
it
strange
that
while
Hrithik
is
a
gym-rat,
the
young
Mrs
Roshan
prefers
to
do
yoga,
"Though
Sussanne
likes
doing
cardio
exercises
at
the
gym
she
says
she
feels
calmer
and
refreshed
after
a
yoga
session;
gymming
leaves
her
tired."
Payal
continues,
"Yoga
can
help
put
on
weight.
There
are
different
asanas
and
pranayamas
for
underweight
people.
For
putting
on
weight,
one
has
to
eat
healthy
too
and
follow
a
certain
diet.
You
have
to
eat
more
of
certain
fruits
and
foods
that
help
gain
weight.
But
as
of
now,
I
haven't
given
her
any
diet
to
follow."
Payal,
also
teaches
yoga
to
Sridevi,
Shaheen
Abbas,
Jacqueline
Fernandes,
Sandhya
Mridul,
Neelam
Kothari,
and
is
planning
to
open
up
a
yoga
wellness
studio
in
Bandra
along
with
husband
Manish.
"People
have
wrong
notions
of
yoga.
It's
important
to
learn
kriyas
properly.
My
studio
will
be
more
of
a
wellness
lifestyle
place
with
personal
consultation
and
diets."
