Kareena refuses to lose weight for Karan's next flick

Looks like Kareena Kapoor is fed up of her size zero image!

There was a buzz around the Btown that Karan Johar has asked Kareena to lose weight and chop off her hair to fit in the character of his next film. The film is titled Short Term Shaadi and she is staring opposite actor Imran Khan in the film.

The beautiful actress who is signed to play the female lead of the film, refuses to any such discussion between the film maker and her. Kareena who is busy promoting her upcoming flick, We Are Family, says that the news is 'completely false.' She adds, that Karan has not approached her with any such proposal of loosing weight. She confirms that she has gained a little weight recently and is very happy with it. She even says that she is not going to lose weight for anyone.

Kareena will very soon be seen on-screen, with Karan Johar's production We Are Family. In this film she is playing the girlfriend of actor Arjun Rampal. This film is a remake of the Hollywood flick, Stepmom. Julia Robert played the girlfriend in the original Stepmom.

Kareena agrees that comparisons between both the actor is something surely to come. She says that there are similarities between the two characters of the films, but she has her own style and has portrayed the character the way, the director wanted her to.

We Are Family is the most awaited film of the year. The film is releasing on 3rd September. This film has been directed by Siddharth Malhotra. The main lead of the film comprises of Kajol, Kareena and Arjun Rampal.
