Karisma-Sunjay on the verge of divorce?

If marriages are made in heaven then definitely divorces are made in Bollywood. Going by the statement, the new couple to join the league can be Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor and husband Sunjay Kapur.

Looks like Sanjay has found a new company for himself in the absence of his wife Lolo, who has been staying away from him at her mothers place after a reportedly tiff between them. Sanjay was recently spotted with a Delhi based socialite-model, who is divorced to a New York based wealthy hotelier.

Sunjay has been spotted at some of the most high-profile parties in New-Delhi with the lady. A source who had witnessed their proximity commented that they two have found solace in each other as both of them share a common ground of troubled marriage. It is said that any one who sees the couple can clearly make out that they are more than friends to each other. The socialite-model is a luxury fashion retailer and has a daughter from her first marriage with the New York based NRI.

Problems have been following Karisma and Sunjay's marriage from the very first day they tied the knot in 2003. Here is a list of all the issues that kept cropping in the media time and again.

• After marriage Karisma was not willing to shift to Delhi which Sunjay was not willing to digest.

• Lolo is very keen to return to Bollywood, while hubby Sunjay is not very convinced about the idea.

• Karisma married Sunjay immediately after she had a break up with actor Abhishek Bachchan. To the irony even Sunjay married the beautiful actress just a day after he divorced his first wife fashion designer Nandita Mahtani (Nandita is presently dating actor Dino Morea). It was reported then that Sunjay's divorce with his wife was a result of certain reason which later stared bugging Karisma and thus led to a rift between the couple.

• After the birth of the daughter Samaira everyone hoped thing to turn out better between the couple though, not much improvement was seen. With the passing time Karisma gave birth to son Kiaan Raj, however, the marital woes and discords couldn't stay hidden for long.
