Aishwarya Rai Bachchan returns Heroine's signing fee

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who was accused by director Madhur Bhandarkar and co-producers of the film Heroine of hiding her pregnancy has reportedly returned the signing amount to UTV.

According to sources, neither UTV nor filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar had demanded the signing amount from Aishwarya Rai as she had already done a photo shoot for Heroine besides shooting for eight days for the film.
Ash had initially decided on continuing on the project after her delivery. However, after the accusations, Aishwarya apparently does not want to be linked in any manner with the project.

Meanwhile, Kareena Kapoor has been roped in to play the lead role in Heroine. Kareena who had earlier demanded Rs 8 crore as remuneration for the film has ultimately settled to have a share in the profits of the film.

Whether Aishwarya's loss is Kareena's gain is something that remains to be seen!
