Yuvraj Singh bats for Ameesha Patel

It looked like Yuvraj Singh batted for actress Ameesha Patel during the ICC Cricket World Cup final match between India and Sri Lanka because the actress shouted to him from the top of her voice from the stand to bat till the end. The man didn't disappoint her, as he and captain M.S. Dhoni batted till the end and claimed the coveted cup.

The icing on the cake was that Yuvi gave special ticket to Ameesha so that she could cheer him and at the same time enjoy the final match. The actress admitted that her good friend invited him to the match. She is all praise for the cricketer for his superb play at the finals. She added that Saif Ali Khan and Ranbir Kapoor, who were sitting with her, would think that she had gone mad on hearing her shout loudly when Yuvi almost run out.

Ameesha went on to say that people around her got irritated, as she kept shouting to Yuvi to stay at the crease till the end. She wanted to meet him after the match but couldn't do so, as the crowd went hysterical after Indian won the World Cup.

Well, we don't know if they are just good friends or more than just friends!
