Sources said that the makers of the Dhoom sequel called Angela for the audition, as they want a stylish and gorgeous girl to act opposite Aamir Khan. “What also worked for the Dhoom makers is that Angela is quite gorgeous and can easily carry off a stylish character. And most importantly, despite being a model, she is quite short, almost ideal for a short person like Aamir. That"s why they have had more meetings with her,"Mumbai Mirror quoted a source as saying.
Yash Raj Films spokesperson has admitted that the model auditioned for Dhoom sequel. “We constantly audition new talent and Angela was auditioned for a possible role by our casting department but this was not for any specific project," YRF spokesperson was quoted as saying. “As for whether she is a part of Dhoom 3, YRF is not in discussion with her. We would like to reiterate that the D:3 girl has not been found and the hunt is still on," he added.
