Deepika opts for Rajinikanth; upsets Akshay

Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar and Deepika Padukone were thick friends once. They acted together in Houseful in spite of the failure of their first film Chandni Chowk To China. But the latest we hear is that they are not friends anymore.

Akshay and Deepika were supposed to act together in Housefull 2, a sequel to their hit film Housefull. However, Deepika opted out of the film after receiving an offer to act with superstar Rajinikanth in the film titled Rana. This turn around is said to have upset her once close friend Akshay.

However, sources claim that the actors still get along well. Of course, Deepika"s decision would trouble producer Sajid Nadiadwala in finding another actress to take her place.

Well, Akshay should understand Deepika"s decision because every actress dreams of acting with superstar Rajinikanth.
