Kareena Kapoor to soak under waterfall in transparent saree

Yesteryear actress Mandakini's daring transparent saree scene from Raj Kapoor's Ram Teri Ganga Maili (1985) is still fresh in the minds of people. Especially, her famous flimsy white saree, where she soaked under the waterfall, continues to haunt the then generation. Now, the same scenes would be repeated by the granddaughter of the Showman of Bollywood.

Well, Kareena Kapoor has been signed to play the role of Mandakini in the upcoming Bollywood film Once Upon A Time in Mumbai sequel. The actress will be enacting the character of gangster Dawood Ibrahim' secret love in Ekta Kapoor's movie. It is said that the yesteryear beauty had an affair with the dreaded don, who went sleepless after watching Ram Teri Ganga Maili actress in semi-nude attire.

Reports claim that Kareena Kapoor has given the green signal for the film and for those waterfalls scene. The actress has asked Milan Luthria to shoot it aesthetically like her grandfather Raj Kapoor. Once Upon a Time in Mumbai sequel also features Akshay Kumar and Sonkashi Sinha in the leads.
