Katrina says no to her good friend

It was reported not long ago that actress Katrina Kaif would act with her ex-boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor in a film to be directed by her good friend Ayaan Mukherjee. But the latest we hear is that she has turned down the offer. She has reportedly opted out of the film due to dates issue.

Sources said that Katrina tried her best to accommodate her dates for her friend Ayaan's film but couldn't. She has two big films – one with Salman Khan in Ek Tha Tiger and another film with Shahrukh Khan for Yash Raj Films. So, she just could not give time for her good friend.

It is said that Karan Johar, who is producing Ayaan's film, talked to Aditya Chopra to find out if they could find a means to accommodate her dates for both their films but that was not possible. So, Katrina had to turn down Ayaan's film.
