Mallika costs Munnabhai a new project

Bollywood's sex siren Mallika Sherawat is known for her sexy image, but some actors find her too hot to handle. The news is doing the rounds that Sanjay Dutt turned down the offer to act in the remake of his dad Sunil Dutt's film Amrapali, just because of the presence of the sex bomb.

It is reported that Sanjay Dutt showed keen interest in the remake of Amrapali when the offer was put up to him. But on learning that Mallika Sherawat would play the female lead role played by Vyjayanthimala, he lost interest. It is not sure if he was apprehensive with her acting skills or not comfortable with her sexy image.

“When the makers first went to him, they hadn't zeroed in on the actress. At the time, Sanju was open to discussing the possibility of being a part of the film. When they returned to him a few weeks later, and suggested casting the Hisss actress in the film, he decided to back out. He said he had date problems and excused himself from the project," Mid Day quoted a source as saying.

Well, sources said that Munnabhai don't get along too well with Mallika!
