Earlier,
Amitabh
Bachchan's
role
in
Aarakshan
was
inspired
by
'Super

fame
mathematician
Anand
Kumar.
Now,
a
full-fledged
movie
is
reportedly
being
made
based
on
Anand's
life.
Sources
claim
that
actor
Ranbir
Kapoor
is
playing
Anand
in
the
film,
which
will
be
directed
by
Anurag
Basu.
'Super
30'
is
an
initiative
by
Anand
where
he
grooms
30
poor
children
from
rural
and
impoverished
backgrounds
for
the
highly
competitive
IIT-JEE.
Director
Anurag
Basu
has
reportedly
visited
Anand
in
Patna
to
discuss
the
film.
Sanjeev
Dutt,
who
is
the
writer
of
films
like

Life
in
a
Metro
and
others,
is
said
to
have
been
contacted
for
writing
the
story
for
the
project.
But
it
is
not
known
when
the
film
will
go
to
the
floors.
However,
Anand
Kumar
has
already
been
subject
of
documentaries
by
Discovery,
NHK
of
Japan
and
French

When
contacted,
Anand
admitted
that
some
producers
and
directors
from
the
Bollywood
had
contacted
him,
but
he
refused
to
elaborate.
He
said,
"Yes,
some
of
them
have
approached
me,
but
it
is
too
early
to
discuss
these
issues
at
this
point.
I
am
busy
with
Super
30
at
the
moment."
