Rani Mukherjee patches up with Ekta

Actress Rani Mukherjee and film producer Ekta Kapoor were at loggerheads not long ago following the former's refusal to act in the latter's film, Dayaan. However, the duo has reportedly patched up after clearing the misunderstanding over phone.

Sources said that Rani had to turn down Ekta's offer to act in her film, Dayaan due to date issue. But someone threw a bone between the duo by spreading the news that Rani intentionally kept away from Ekta's film. The good news is that they have cleared the misunderstanding once and for all.

Rani reportedly made the first move by calling up Ekta over phone. They had a good laugh over the rumours doing round them and Rani promised to act in one of her films. It is said that the actress is currently busy reading a script for the producer.

Let's hope Rani doesn't turn down Ekta's offer this time around!
