Ranveer Singh defeats Aamir Khan?

The Band Bajaa Baarat actor Ranveer Singh is rising high in Bollywood after defeating industry's Mr Perfectionist. Reportedly, Ranveer has snatched away a role from Aamir Khan.

The buzz is on that this lady killer has replaced Aamir Khan in the first project of Anurag Kashyap's trilogy on erstwhile Mumbai. After almost three years of waiting to get a nod from Aamir Khan, Anurag Kashyap has passed on his pet project Bombay Velvet to Ranveer Singh.

A source informed Mid Day, "Bombay Velvet will only start in June 2012. That's how much time Ranveer needs to prepare for his character. Stepping into Aamir Khan's territory is a huge responsibility for Ranveer. He is certainly not taking it lightly."

So, lets see whether lady hunter Ricky Bahl aka Ranveer Singh is able to give a tough takkar to Aamir.
