Salman Khan turns down Ashutosh Gowariker's offer

Salman Khan, who is overwhelmed with back-to-back hits Ready and Bodyguard, seems to have become choosy while signing any project. The actor has realised what works for him and what not. As a result, he has turned down award winning director Ashutosh Gowariker's offer.

If reports are to be believed, Ashutosh Gowariker met him last month and offered Salman Khan a film. But the Dabangg star was not impressed by it and refused to star in the forthcoming Hindi film. It is said that the actor made it clear to the filmmaker that he works in a film that works at the Box Office and he is not keen to appear on award winning films.

Adding to that Salman Khan knows the work culture of Ashutosh Gowariker, whose work begins at sharp 9 AM and ends late. The Bollywood star rejected the film for this very reason, as he is not a person, who comes early to the sets rather he is used to come at noon and work at his own pace.
