The
recent
buzz
suggests
that
superstar
Salman
Khan
has
been
approached
by
Indian
Railways
to
be
their
brand
ambassador.
Looking
at
Salman's
preferences
to
represent
a
common
man
by
shooting
scenes
of
his
films
in
Railway
stations
or
trains,
the
actor
has
been
approached
for
brand
endorsement
of
the
same.
Be
it
Tere
Naam,
Wanted,
Dabangg
or
his
upcoming
film
Bodyguard,
Salman
Khan
has
always
included
railway
as
an
important
element
of
his
films.
Considering
the
fact
that
like
Salman
Khan's
mass
appeal,
Indian
Railways
is
also
used
by
a
large
number
of
people
across
the
country,
it
will
be
a
perfect
brand
fit
for
the
two.
When
contacted,
Salman
Khan's
business
manager
declined
to
comment
on
the
development
saying
that
it's
too
premature
to
talk
about
anything
right
now.
The
actor
is
all
set
with
his
next
release
Bodyguard
this
coming
Eid.
If
things
work
out
and
Salman
is
roped
in
as
the
brand
ambassador
of
Indian
Railways,
then
the
superstar
will
join
the
league
of
the
actors
endorsing
the
National
campaigns.
While
Aamir
Khan
is
the
face
of
Indian
tourism,
Shahrukh
Khan
endorses
the
Mumbai
police
website.
Amitabh
Bachchan
is
the
brand
ambassador
of
Gujarat
and
now
it
will
probably
be
Salman
who
will
endorse
the
Indian
Railways.
