Actress Sonam Kapoor has revealed something about her daddy Anil Kapoor that have been a sort of mystery to the public all these years. Many wonder what made the 51-year-old actor look so young. Now, Sonam has let the cat out of the bag by revealing the hot secrets behind his 'ever-young' look.

Sonam revealed on a popular television channel that her dad Anil Kapoor managed to look young in spite of his age he does bramhayoga or hot yoga. She added that she also would start doing the hot yoga so that she look young ever after passing 40.

Well, we hope actors like Sanjay Dutt, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan and others, who have crossed 40 years, take up hot yoga to stay young!
