Deepika Padukone acts strong, dances despite getting injured!

Actress Deepika Padukone had a hard time while shooting for an item number in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming movie Ram Leela. As per reports, Deepika injured herself accidentally on the sets of the movie.

A leading daily reports, Deepika Padukone met with injuries due to some high-adrenaline steps, while she was performing for a song, along with co-star Ranveer Singh. Since it was a rough surface, where Deepika was practising and finally ended up bruising her feet.

A source informed the daily that the actress was left with "severe swelling and red gashes" and also had "several cuts on her feet" by the end of the dance sequence. But, that did not stop Dippy and she continued with her dance routine. Well, it looks like Ms Padukone is leaving no stone unturned to fit into the shoes of Bhansali's Leela.
