Kaif, who is playing the lead actress opposite Aamir Khan in
3, is leaving no stone unturned to reduce her weight to
fit in the role. It's revealed that to get a slim figure for
Dhoom 3, Katrina is following a strict diet plan.
A source close to the actress told a channel, "Katrina is not
only concentrating on her fitness regime but also on her diet. The
actress is undergoing training in mixed martial art, parkour and
more. The best thing is that Katrina is not a fussy eater."
Here is Katrina Kaif secret diet plan for Dhoom 3-
For Breakfast: Brown bread with peanut butter,
one glass low fat milk, two boiled eggs (white portion only) and
pancakes while travelling.
Lunch: Low oil with very less fat. Green salad
and brown rice grilled fish.
Snacks: Fruits and digestive biscuits.
Dinner: No set menu, but Katrina avoids
overeating and avoids starchy food.
