Everybody knows that Aamir Khan is the master of marketing
gimmicks. For his latest film Talaash also he came up with a very
unique idea. Aamir made a request to search engine giant Google to
promote his movie Talaash but Google rejected his request.
Aamir Khan and his team visited world's biggest online search
engine Google's office. Aamir Khan requested Google for a small
change on the Google homepage - to replace the word ‘search' with
the Hindi word ‘talaash', which means ‘search'. How smart!
Unfortunately, Google rejected him.
Also, Aamir Khan, who is known for releasing his much-awaited
films during the holiday season, is betting on a work-day Friday
for the opening of his upcoming thriller Talaash. After
his last three hits - 3 Idiots, Ghajini and Taare Zameen
Par - released on Christmas, Talaash will get a
work-day release (November 30) across 2400 screens in India. A
spokesperson told PTI, Talaash is the most anticipated
film of the season. Trade is very excited as it is very strong for
non holiday Friday."
Talaash also stars Kareena Kpaoor and Rani Mukherjee.
