Juhi
Chawla
has
apparently
not
yet
received
her
dues
after
she
shot
for
a
public
service
campaign
to
save
the
girl
child,
initiated
by
the
Government
of
Madhya
Pradesh.
According
to
a
leading
daily,
Juhi
Chawla
received
a
letter
from
Rajesh
Gupta
(Narmada
Films)
in
October
last
year
on
behalf
of
the
MP
Government.
Gupta
informed
Juhi
about
the
Beti
Bachhao
Abhiyaan
(Save
The
Girl
Child)
campaign,
initiated
by
Chief
Minister,
Mr
Shivraj
Singh
Chauhan.
Juhi's
byte
to
save
the
girl
child
is
expected
to
be
used
for
two
years
in
Madhya
Pradesh
alone.
Juhi
Chawla
agreed
to
do
the
campaign
for
a
nominal
fee.
The
actress
had
decided
to
donate
this
fee
to
the
Asian
Cancer
Foundation
that
she
supports.
According
to
sources,
Juhi
Chawla
had
requested
Rajesh
Gupta
to
leave
the
name
space
blank
since
she
wanted
to
hand
it
over
to
the
NGO.
After
a
few
days,
Juhi
got
a
call
from
the
foundation
stating
that
the
cheque
has
bounced.
However,
when
Rajesh
Gupta
of
Narmada
Films
was
contacted,
he
said
that
they
had
left
the
name
space
blank
in
the
cheque
as
per
the
request
of
Juhi
Chawla.
But
he
maintains
that
they
have
made
the
payment
and
no
more
dues
are
pending
towards
the
actress!
Well,
well...then
where
did
the
money
go?
That's
reason
enough
to
think!
