Kareena Kapoor lost Ram Leela for pregnancy clause!

We have so far heard a lot about Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Ram Leela drama. It was earlier said that the reason behind Bebo's expulsion from the film was because Sanjay Leela Bhansali was adamant about not having a married lady play the role of Juliet in Ram Leela. But, now the actual reason seems something else.

According to a leading daily, Sanjay Leela Bhansali wanted Kareena Kapoor to sign a contract with a clause that said she will not get pregnant during the making of Ram Leela. But reportedly, Bebo refused to sign any such clause, that finally led to her expulsion from the film.

Kareena was supposed to play the role of a Gujarati Juliet called Leela. It was also heard that Kareena was too desperate for the role, hence she has convinced beau Saif Ali Khan to delay the marriage just so that Bhansali takes her back. But somehow, things did not fall on Bebo's side. Later, Bhansali started looking out for his new Leela. In fact, it was heard that the filmmaker was considering Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif for the role. But finally, he signed Deepika Padukone in the film.
