Is Rajesh Khanna's live-in partner Anita Advani lying?

Anita Advani came to limelight when she claimed that she was Rajesh Khanna's live-in partner. Anita on the eve of the superstar's death, sent a legal notice to Rajesh Khanna's family. However, sources close to Rajesh Khanna say that Anita Advani is lying and Rajesh Khanna was not in a live-in relationship with Anita.

A source told a leading daily, "The claims that she was living with Khanna are false. There were many people who used to meet him at his house. She was one of them, but certainly not what she claims today."

Khanna's maid also revealed that Anita Advani used to come to Aashirwad to meet Rajesh Khanna, but she was not staying with him.

Even Rajesh Khanna once said about Anita, "Anita and I have been known to each other for 32 years. She was in school then. We are just friends. She is a lovely person. I am very fond of her. But we haven't reached the stage of love."
