Salman Khan is Mumbai commissioner in Dabangg 3

Salman Khan revealed to his fans at the Umang Police Function that he would play Mumbai commissioner in Dabangg 3.

Salman Khan fans can now rejoice. If you enjoyed watching Salman Khan's Chulbul Pandey act in Dabangg, you will be glad to know that there will be Dabangg 2 and even Dabangg 3....

At the Umang Police Function, when Salman Khan was asked about the sequel, he hinted on a Dabangg franchise per se. Salman said that in Dabangg 2, Chulbul will be promoted to a city where he will be playing a senior cop from Lucknow. This time, the character Salman will portray is that of an honest cop.

Salman Khan further jokingly stated that in Dabangg 3, Chulbul Pandey will be posted in Mumbai and will be Commissioner of Mumbai Police.

Salman Khan said this in the presence of the real Commissioner of Mumbai Police. Even before anybody could object, Salman Khan, in his trademark Chulbul Pandey style said, “Ek baar jo maine commitment de di, toh main khud ki bhi nahi sunta."
