Salman Khan is undoubtedly the ‘baadshah’ during the Eid weekend. All his past films released during the Eid festival has become blockbusters and has managed to fetch huge collections at the box office. His upcoming Yash Raj’s film, Ek Tha Tiger opposite Katrina Kaif is all set to release during the coming Eid weekend. It remains to be seen if this film will garner the same response that his previous films attained.

Salman Khan’s previous three consecutive hits - Wanted, Dabangg and Bodyguard were released during Eid weekend and that proved to be a major advantage for Sallu bhai. With Eid being his most lucky time of the year, Yash Raj films is leaving no stones unturned to ensure that their upcoming film Ek Tha Tiger turns out to be a super duper hit.

It is being said that the distributors are analysing the figures of his previous hits to make sure that Ek Tha Tiger is as big or bigger than his last three hits. However, Salman Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger is likely to face tough competition from Aamir Khan’s Talaash.
