Shahid Kapoor takes a dig at Priyanka Chopra's Agneepath?

Shahid Kapoor, whose last film Mausam, made by his father Pankaj Kapoor flopped at the box office said at an event that filmmakers must find new ways of entertaining the audience rather than copying the older generation.

Though he did not mention any name, it is not difficult to guess that he might be hinting at Karan Johar's Agneepath, starring Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra and Sanjay Dutt in the lead.

Speaking at an awards function, Shahid Kapoor said that by copying the older generation, the newer generation will not succeed.

Agneepath stars Priyanka Chopra, who was once rumoured to be dating Shahid. Though the two will be seen together in Teri Meri Kahaani, both Shahid and Priyanka are said to be in 'not so good' terms.
One cannot help but wonder if Shahid Kapoor was merely taking a dig at Agneepath because it stars Priyanka Chopra!
