Is Deepika Padukone Trying To Impress Salman Khan?

Deepika Padukone, who is currently basking in the success of her latest movie Ram Leela, seems to be in awe of the superstar Salman Khan. Not only did Dippy express her wish to work with Salman in a film soon, but is also trying her best to impress the Dabangg star. The actress reportedly left her favourite Shahrukh Khan on the sets of Happy New Year, in order to meet Sallu at the studios.

As per a leading daily, Deepika Padukone was recently shooting for the movie Happy New Year, along with Shahrukh Khan at Mumbai's Mehboob studio. Reportedly, Salman Khan was also shooting for an ad film at the same studio. Though both the Khans did not bother to meet each other, SRK's leading lady Deepika visited Salman on his sets. It is said that the actress went on to meet bhai during the tea break, where she chitchatted with the superstar for about 20 minutes.

On the other hand, Salman Khan's sister Alvira Khan and brother Sohail Khan paid a visit at the sets of Happy New Year. But, the film's director Farah Khan, who is also a good friend to Salman, refrained from meeting Sallu and stayed back with Shahrukh.

Deepika Padukone shares a great rapport with Shahrukh Khan, post Om Shanti Om and Chennai Express. Being Shahrukh's onscreen leading lady, we wonder if Deepika's current fascination towards Salman irks the Badshaah Khan in anyway!
