Deepika Expresses Desire To Work With Salman

Deepika Padukone is riding high on the success of her latest movies, which has assured her of a top place in the film fraternity with the likes of Kareena Kapoor , Katrina Kaif etc. Race 2, Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani and Chennai Express have all crossed the coveted 100 crore mark. With all the success coming her way, Deepika is surely one of the most sought after actress in the present. But the sultry actress herself has someone in mind who she is keen to work with. He is none other than the superstar Salman Khan.

Deepika said that she wants to act opposite Salman Khan but is waiting for the right script. Deepika also commented that Salman had offered her a film before her debut in Om Shanti Om and she will always remain grateful to Salman for the gesture. But at that time she felt that she was not ready enough to face the camera. In conversation with a leading daily, she was also heard saying that it was a huge compliment for her that Salman offered her a movie. She further added that even though she still hasn't got an opportunity to work with Dabangg Khan, it's going to happen soon and feels that something special is in store for them.

Deepika started her career with Om Shanti Om opposite Shahrukh Khan and then went on to star in many commercial hits. Her latest with SRK, Chennai Express, is the biggest hit of bollywood till date and she is awaiting the release of her next movie, Ramleela, in which she stars with her alleged boyfriend Ranveer Singh.
