Why Imran Khan Left Ekta Kapoor's Movie?

Bollywood producer Ekta Kapoor wanted Imran Khan to do her next movie but the actor, who initially said yes to the project, has left the movie as he wants to do Vikramaditya Motwane's superhero flick. Now, according to recent reports Ekta has signed Shahid Kapoor to replace Imran Khan.

Imran Khan has walked out of Ekta Kapoor's next project. It is said that Imran is more interested in playing a superhero in Vikramaditya Motwane's upcoming film than doing Ekta's movie. Talking about the Imran, a source told a leading daily, "Imran was initially kicked about Ekta's film. However, the dates for the film were tossed around more than thrice and a lot of time was spent looking for the leading lady until PC was finalised. In the meanwhile, Imran signed Motwane's next and he wants to be completely involved in it."

The source further added that there are no hard feeling between Ekta Kapoor and Imran Khan and both parted on amicable terms. Now, Shahid will do Ekta's film, which also stars his alleged ex-girlfriend Priyanka Chopra.

Priyanka Chopra and Shahid Kapoor have worked in two films together in the past-Kaminey and Teri Meri Kahaani. Kaminey is one of the most successful films of Shahid's career.
