Jaya Bachchan Cries After Watching Bhaag Milkha Bhaag

Rakesh Omprakash Mehra's Bhaag Milkha Bhaag is one of the best movies of 2013. Farhan Akhtar is getting a lot of praises for his brilliant performance in the movie. Now, the latest one to join the list and praise Farhan is none other than Jaya Bachchan. It is said that the veteran actress cried after watching Bhaag Milkha Bhaag.

Bhaag Milkha Bhaag is a biopic based on legendary sprinter Milkha Singh. Talking about Jaya Bachchan, a source told a leading daily that Jaya seldom attends movie screenings these days, but she made it a point to be there for Bhaag Milkha Bhaag because of the family's close relations with the film's director Rakeysh Mehra and Farhan Akhtar.

The source further added, "After the screening, she just couldn't control her emotions. She called Farhan aside and wept openly, telling him he had lived the pain, suffering and triumph of Milkha."

It is said that legendary Milkha Singh charged only Rs 1 to let Rakeysh Ompraksh Mehra make a biopic on him.
