Salman Khan Does Not Like To Ask For Money

Salman Khan started the Being Human foundation for the underprivileged way back in 2009 and now he plans to open up hospitals and restaurants in the coming year. Being Human already sells merchandise and clothing and a portion of the sales goes to helping the needy. He feels that it is high time that he starts giving back to the society.

Salman also donates a huge portion of the amount which he receives from his movies to Being Human foundation. When asked about why he does not ask for help from his bollywood counterparts, Salman said " I do not like to ask for money and if I keep asking them, I will eventually lose them. I rather ask them to come and buy stuff from my store as that money is also going for charity. The amount which we earn from Being Human also helps the industry people like the spotboys and technicians." Suzuki Motorcycle India has also tie-up with Salman's Being Human and would soon be launching a ' Suzuki Access' , which would be a special version of the original. Suzuki would also be selling Being Human stuff and Salman is already endorsing the motorcycle Suzuki Hayate. Salman also told the PTI "There are companies who indulge in CSR activities and I would want them to associate with us so the world will know they are doing charity. It is a huge thing. I am trying to get things work out on this front,".
