Sonam Kapoor Convinces Brother Harshvardhan To Act

Anil Kapoor's son Harshvardhan Kapoor is going to make his acting debut in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's next film. But it is said that when Rakeysh approached him for the first time, Harshvardhan told him clearly that he is not interested in acting. Later, Rakeysh told Sonam Kapoor to convince her brother to say yes to his movie Mirza Sahiba.

Sonam Kapoor's brother, Harshvardhan Kapoor has done a course in film making and script writing from US. Hence, the young Kapoor lad is more interested in directing a film rather than acting in it. But his sister Sonam Kapoor convinced him to give acting a try.

Talking about Harshvardhan Kapoor, a source told a leading daily, "Harshvardhan has been receiving a lot of offers. But he was in no hurry to take up anything. Rakeysh shares a great rapport with Sonam. Instead of trying to convince Harsh and Anil Kapoor, he sought Sonam's help."
