Who Will Play Young Anushka Sharma?

Anushka Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor are working together for the first time in Anurag Kashyap's Bombay Velvet. But the makers of the film are facing a trouble. From a long time they are searching for a girl, who can play the role of young Anushka but they have not succeeded yet.

According to recent reports, Anurag Kashyap is looking for a cute eleven year old girl, who can play the role of young Anushka Sharma in the movie. Talking about this, a source told a leading daily that if the filmmaker will not finalise a young actor soon, they will have to push the shoot of that particular sequence to much later.

"Casting director Mukesh Chhabra and rest of the team were looking for an eleven year old girl to play young Anushka. The hunt has been on for quite some time now but so far we have not found a perfect match despite several screen tests, " the source further added.

Bombay Velvet also stars Karan Johar in the lead role.
