Kiran Rao Rejects Role In Hubby Aamir Khan's PK

One of the most anticipated Bollywood movies of the year PK starring Aamir Khan was likely to bring Mr. Perfectionist and his wife Kiran Rao first time together on screen.

However, in spite of the film's director and Aamir happy to facilitate Kiran's Bollywood debut, the lady backed out at the last moment.

It was learnt that director of the upcoming movie PK, Rajkumar Hirani was keen to cast Kiran for a small role of a nautch girl in the film and Aamir was equally excited to see his wife in the Big Screen for the first time.

Though, Kiran initially reportedly agreed to be a part of PK and was about to attend an audition but later for some reasons, Aamir's better-half ultimately said no to the offer.

Nevertheless, there has been many speculations as to why did Kiran opted out from the project at the last hour but exact reason is yet to be known.

The movie PK which is supposed to be a satire about Gods and godmen is scheduled to release on December 19.
