Why Was Ajay-Sonakshi's Action Jackson Postponed?

In a bid to escape the probable clash of two upcoming action flicks Ajay Devgn's Action Jackson and Akshay Kumar's Holiday, the makers of the former have postponed the release of Action Jackson.

The movie Action Jackson directed by Prabhu Deva features Ajay Devgn and the film Holiday stars Akshay Kumar. While the common factors in the two films are both being action oriented films and have Sonakshi Sinha as the leading lady.

Earlier Action Jackson and Holiday were supposed to get released at the same time which could have put all the three stars in a tizzy as Ajay and Akshay would have to compete with each other while, Sonakshi would have faced the same with her own self.

But now, director of Action Jackson, Prabhu Deva declared that he has postponed the release date of his film which is yet to be deicded. "We haven't decided the release date yet. We are in no hurry to release. I have completed 80 percent of the shooting and currently working on the post production of the film," said Prabhu Deva.

On the other side, Ajay Devgn's Singham 2 is also scheduled to release on August 15 and it is being also speculated that Ajay himself might have insisted on the postponement of Action Jackson to keep some gap between his two action flicks.
