According to sources, model-actor Sudhanshu Pandey is suing Sanjay and Rakesh for copyright infringement of his story, screenplay, and dialogues. According to Sudhanshu, he was the third party in this collaboration who had walked out since the makers were giving him only 2% profit and denying him any credit for the script, story, and dialogues.
He and Sanjay had even taken the project to Balaji Telefilms and Hrithik when junior Roshan decided to rope in senior Roshan into the project.

Once Rakesh liked the story, he decided to become the producer, post which neither Sanjay nor Rakesh are answering Sudhanshu's calls! The duo has been served with two notices by Sudhanshu's legal aides!
Sanjay doesn't deny meeting Sudhanshu but claims the two scripts are very different. Now the concerned scripts have been submitted to the Indian Film and Television Producers Council (IFTPC) for comparison.
