Model Waluscha De Sousa In Shahrukh Khan's Fan?

Shahrukh Khan is busy shooting for director Maneesh Sharma's movie Fan. However, there has been a lot of buzz surrounding the female lead for this film.

From leading actresses like Vaani Kapoor, Ileana D'Cruz to Parineeti Chopra everyone popped up. Finally, it seems, now the role will go to model Waluscha De Sousa according to a leading daily.

The leading daily quotes, "It's not a regular flick that has quintessential roles for a hero and heroine. The casting process of the film has been unusual. They've picked Waluscha, who is not from the industry, as the leading lady. She was a prominent supermodel after participating in a beauty pageant in 2000, but she took a break after marrying fashion choreographer Marc Robinson. Now, they have separated."

The source adds, "Waluscha took special training in acting for this film. She has already started shooting with Shahrukh in south Mumbai and at an Andheri studio."

Fan release date was postponed from its original August 14 slot and also the actor delayed the shoot due to an injury last year.
