Yes you read it right! Someone actually called Aishwarya Rai Bachchan 'Budhiya' and she took it as a compliment as she was in a get-up of Dalbir for her movie Sarbjit.
According to TOI, ''Aishwarya was recently in the capital shooting for her upcoming biopic, Sarbjit, where she plays the martyr's sister, Dalbir Kaur, who went all out to bring back here brother. While in her 'Dalbir' get-up, the actress was shooting for a scene at India Gate.''

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starrer Sarbjit is based on the life of Sarabjit Singh, an Indian farmer who was convicted of terrorism and spying in Pakistan and was sentenced to death. He was attacked brutally by inmates at a prison in Lahore, in April 2013. He died a few days later.
Aish is playing Sarabjit's sister (Dalbir Kaur) in the film while Randeep Hooda is playing the role of Sarabjit Singh in the movie.
The actress is playing a very challenging role in the movie and says that she is very happy to get a positive response, "We have started filming and would like to first say that, the picture is already out and I am very thankful for the response... It has been very encouraging, even for the choice of subject.''
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan further added, ''Work has begun and it is (the film) intense.''
