OMG! Ranveer Singh Hikes His Fees, Charging As Much As Superstar Shahrukh Khan?

Yes you read it right! According to the recent reports, Ranveer Singh has hiked his fees for the performances after the success of Bajirao Mastani and now charges as much as superstar Shahrukh Khan. The actor is reportedly charging double the amount now for signing films and endorsement.

Talking about Ranveer Singh, A source told Bollywood Life, "Ranveer charged 2 crore, a little less than what Shahrukh Khan charges, for every stage performance. And since he performed at almost every stage performance this season, you can easily figure out how much money he accrued through his live shows at the awards this year."

The source further added, "Ranveer's equity has shot through the sky after his film beat the collections of Shahrukh Khan's film Dilwale.

Also, Ranveer Singh has many films in kitty. According to the recent reports, Ranveer and Deepika Padukone are again coming together for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's next film. And as we all know if that happens, this film will be another blockbuster.

"Sanjayji spoke to Deepika about his project during the shoot of Bajirao Mastani and she seemed excited at the prospect then. She will mostly agree to play the part. Just that with Bhansali productions, one has to be able to commit a large chunk of exclusive dates, which is not always very easy." a source told a leading daily.

The source also revealed that initially Salman Khan was the first choice for the film but now the name of Ranveer Singh is being considered.
