DESPERATE! Urvashi Rautela Tried Her Best To Replace Anushka Sharma In Salman's Sultan

Salman Khan's Sultan is one of the biggest movies being shot in Bollywood currently with the backing of YRF so it is not shocking to hear that actresses are desperate to bag this magnum opus.

Urvashi Rautela is said to be one such actress who went took extreme measures to bag a role in the movie. According to Spoteboye, the actress got a bit too friendly with the director of the Sultan, Ali Abbas Zafar for a role in the movie.

This is not the first time, Urvashi has got embroiled in a controversy! She first came to limelight when she went about town claiming that she is dating Mukesh Ambani's elder son.

After that, when Aamir Khan's Dangal became a hot topic in the media, she said she is starring in the movie which was a big fat lie.

Then when Rohit Shetty's Ram-Lakhan remake project came to limelight, she aparently spread rumours of being in "talks" for with the makers. None of these stories were true.

So it comes as now shock that Urvashi tried to bag the next big project that is currently in the limelight. An eye-witness told Spotboye that she was openly trying to be 'a bit too friendly' with Ali Abbas Zaffar, the director of Sultan.

The incident took place just a couple of days before Ali cast Anushka Sharma in the role. He was shocked by the unfold of events as he had already spoken with Dil Dhadakne Do actress.

So he tried to avoid Urvashi by asking her to send her pictures to his team and they will later get back to her. An unware Urvashi who did not know about Anushka already bagging the role, did just that.

It happened just 2 days before Anushka was cast. The baffled director, who had already spoken with the NH10 actress by then, went red in the face. Not that he didn't try to ward off, but Urvashi seemed blissfully unaware of her surroundings.

Did the director eventually save the day, we asked? Well, he simply asked her to send him her pictures and said his team will get back to her.

The team obviously did not get back as Anushka was already chosen. If these stories are true then it is shocking to see actresses go down to such a level to bag a role in a movie.
