The music is already a rage with Sanam Re and Gajab Ka Hai Ye Din topping the charts. Divya totally deserves kudos for doing a decent job of using these tracks to their maximum benefit. Cinematographer of the film, Sameer Arya has done an amazing song by capturing the breathtaking beauty of Shimla and Canada throughout the film.
Yami Gautam's innocent look in the film, will surely make you adore her more after watching the film. Sadly, even after flaunting muscled body Pulkit's thunder will be stolen by hot Urvashi Rautela, who we cannot take our eyes off. This damsel really knows how to set the screens on fire with her hot bikini look and passionate romantic sequences in the film.
Divya Khosla Kumar has chosen some fantastic locations in Laddakh, Canada and Himachal Pradesh. It displays her heightened aesthetic appeal and a majestic sense for pristine romance.
Pulkit Samrat excels in a role that required him to be subtle and emote when he's not expected to say anything. Yami Gautam looks deliriously pretty and a perfect girl from the mountains. She surprises with her intensity and intensity. Urvashi Rautela is the surprise packet of the film.
On the whole SANAM RE boasts of great visuals and chart buster music which has been the hallmark of T Series. Even though the pace of the movie acts as deterrent at places, its target audience and the right release week (Valentine period) will see it through at the box office. Go get soaked in love. Now.
Let’s give credit to Divya Khosla Kumar for beginning the story on a picturesque note. You marvel the scenic locales alongside searching for intense love, but the slow-paced office humour, chiefly driven by Manoj Joshi, denies you the solace you crave for.
The director has given clear pointers to her actors. Pulkit needs to look a confused guy, Yami should be the innocent mountain beauty. But then, what’ll Urvashi Rautela do in this set-up? Ok, let’s make her gyrate on beaches and bathrooms. Who will enhance the hotness quotient otherwise? Nothing wrong in executing all this, but haven’t we lost that beautiful story we started with in this chaos?
To be fair with the team, it’s not a bad watch. It’s not a great watch either. The film starts off on a promising note, but soon goes off the track. However, it could still be your Valentine’s movie. We know how desperately you need it!
