Hema Malini has announced to relaunch her daughter Esha Deol with the movie Tell Me O Khuda. So the audience's expectations were very high on the film as the actress-turned-producer would attempt something extra-ordinary and rare in it. But her effort do not seems to reach the expectations and it merely turns out to be a jerky ride.
Tell Me O Khuda is all about a girl's journey to find her biological father. The movie seems to have drawn inspiration from Amanda Seyfried's Mamma Mia (2008). It throws light oo female foeticide. The movie falls flat with its dragging narration, which lacks the dramatic punches. Hema Malini's immaturity in handling this complex subject is absolutely shocking. She utterly fails to maintain the tempo.
Tanya (Esha Deol) is an established writer, who is leading a posh life. Her life takes a new twist after she learns that she is an adopted child of Rajasthan royal (Vinod Khanna). What efforts she makes to find her parents and whether she will become success in her attempts will form the rest of the story.
