Firoz A. Nadiadwala [Hera Pheri, Deewane Huye Paagal, Phir Hera Pheri] is one ambitious producer. Known for spending magnificently on his movies and also promoting them to the optimum prior to their release, Firoz is now leaving no stone unturned to give his best to his forthcoming two multi-starrers, Fool&Final [dir.: Ahmed Khan] and the Anees Bazmee-directed Welcome.

The prolific producer is currently stationed at the picturesque hill station Lonavala with a massive 250 member unit, canning the climax of Welcome. But this climax, he says, is different from the usual culminations of a movue. He has built a mansion atop a mountain where the penultimate portions of the film are being filmed. "The mansion shakes every time a strong wind blows," he jokes.

What prompted Firoz to opt for a mountain? "We had shot the interiors of the mansion on a set at Mumbai's Film City. Since the mansion is located on a mountain, we opted for Lonavala," he says. Incidentally, the climax of No Entry was also shot on a mountain [in Thailand]. Welcome should hopefully be the next release of Anees Bazmee after the smash hit No Entry. "It's a pleasure to work with him," Firoz states, adding that Welcome is slated for release in May 2007.

While on releases, there's talk that Fool&Final, slated for a 26th January, 2007 release, might be shifted ahead by a few weeks since some distributors feel that it's not right to clash with another biggie in the same week -- Salaam-E-Ishq. "Fool&Final is definitely arriving on 26th January. I am not postponing its release," he sets the record straight.
